I'm not very familiar with all the licenses, but am wondering if it is
ok to share this executable (containing pdfbox) to users who also like
to use it? Or what kind of restrictions apply?
You are free to use it, whatever you do. I guess the Apache License [1]
isn't that complicated and quite easy to understand. ;-)
