You mean web optimized / linearized documents. A xref stream writer
will be needed for this task (which isn't trivial). This module will be
a great improvement for the pdfbox and nowadays there are many
linearized documents out there. I think there are no plans right now or
I just skiped it while reading the mailinglist.
