Hello, We are currently using JAVA app PDF Merge Utility et PDF BOX v 1.2.1 API in an AIX environnement.
We would like to reduce the embedded fonts by optimizing on ly the fonts being used rather than embedding all of the font familly when only a single size is used for example. This is refered to font subsetting and can be done easily with acrobat, is there a version or update of PDFBox that can optimize fonts or process pdf files with subsetting fonts prior to cactanating them. Thanks for help, we would consider paying a developper to add this feature if possible.
