option 1: some other Apache projects do have a wiki for that - maybe that can 
be done for PDFBOX too. 
option 2: we might open a ticket for discussion and add comments etc. to it. As 
soon as there is consensus on a topic we might open another ticket for that 
particular topic to track it's progress.
