Thanks for your answer. As you said, I sent an enhancement request on Jira (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PDFBOX-1614).
I try to fix it on my own but actually I failed. I made a FakeFileInputStream extending FileInputStream which only manipulated an inpustream to trick the saveIncremental, but It didn't work... I'd like to know if you have any idea how to fix it and if it could be easy to do or if it requires to have a deep knowledge in PDFbox.
