Add a page to PDF for new sheet of paper

Hi,

I'm not so familiar with the features offered by the PDF format. My 
question: Is it possible to add a new page to a PDF document with the 
hint, that this page has to be printed on a new sheet of paper? So, 
printers with both front side and back side printing draw a new sheet of 
paper instead of printing the page on the back side of the current sheet 
if its front side has already been used?
