pdfbox encrypted pdf - print to file problem

Hi all,

I use pdfbox to encrypt a pdf file.after encryption process i use
pdfinfo to verify encryption and pdfinfo said :

Encrypted:      yes (print:no copy:no change:no addNotes:no)

problem is in the print to file!when i open secured PDF in Document
Viewer in Ubuntu i can print pdf to another pdf file and create
unsecured file.

Any solution for this problem?
