There is no "2.0.1" version. Either you you have the wrong version, or
the wrong file. You should get the latest jar file here:
https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/pdfbox/pdfbox-app/2.0.0-SNAPSHOT/
If it still doesn't work, please tell what file you use, where you got it.
