Please could you help?

I have been using pdfbox-2.0.0-20150219.110040-1097.jar to open several hundred 
pages of PDF files successfully, except one example that I have.

Unfortunately I am not at liberty to provide the PDF file but would be grateful 
for some suggestion to work round this problem.
