I was unable to generate an image with 2.0.3, it took too long. I could
generate an image with the trunc, but the changes there (related to
issue PDFBOX-3000) are not yet in 2.0. It will probably take 3-6 months
until this will be done. But even with the trunk it took very long. Your
file is extremely complex :-(
No, I don't have any advice, sorry.
