Where did PAGE_SIZE_A4 go for v2?

We've got a bunch of code we're upgrading to PDFBox 2 - and there are
references to:

`PDPage.PAGE_SIZE_A4.getHeight()`

Is there a modern alternative? I spotted nothing on the migration page...
