The work I've done using PDFBox (wonderful tool) has all been reading
content. I've started a discussion about writing a PDF document, and wonder
if it is possible to
1) create a field
2) insert a number, formatted as a year (such as 2016),
3) insert a string such as "two thousand sixteen" in the same field in such
as way that a "Screen Reader" could speak the text to a person who has a
visual impairment and a regular user would be unaware that additional
content was in the file?

There would also probably be a need to include what I'll call navigation
clues so such as user could "tab" from section to section on a page and
then begin having the screen reader speak the text or number.

Thanks.
