You mean this is an image rather than a problem caused by a font or a code.

I suspect that when you write "printing" you mean "text extraction", and 
you mean the end of the second page.

Your document went through OCR, the characters are hidden (text 
rendering mode 3 = "Neither fill nor stroke text"), what you see is the 
image. Copy & paste them from Adobe Reader and you also get

E4] 贺普仁.火针的机理及临床应用[J].中国中医药现代远程教育,2004,
2(10):20—24.
f5] 郑文豪,黄莺,樊玉,等.火针疗法在皮肤病临床中的应用[J].云
南中医中药杂志,2009,30(4):68—69.


So there's nothing we can do. The OCR was bad.
