You need to download a development snapshot from https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/pdfbox/ sepcifically https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/pdfbox/pdfbox/3.0.0-SNAPSHOT/ Sroll down to get the latest build from yesterday. Please let me know if there are issues with that.
