Hi,
You need to have the JBIG2 decoder in your class path, see
https://pdfbox.apache.org/2.0/dependencies.html
Also update to 2.0.12 (current version) and make sure logging is enabled
- if it had been, you would have received a message about the missing
JBIG2 decoder.
