No there isn't, and a PDF can have several content streams in a page. Several 
per page, and also a content stream in form xobjects, annotation appearance 
streams, patterns, soft masks and probably more I forgot.

The WriteDecodedDoc argument can decompress a PDF which may help a bit to 
understand what's going on.
