hi. im not sure how to create this annotation type there are 2 options to make this kind of cloud like annotation box
i figure it's PDBorderStyleDictionary? i checked the content of Pdf and all i can see is - /I: 2.0 (the other annotation is 1.0) - /S: /C also, since im asking about this, does pdfbox create an appearance stream for this? i know it does for some other annotations.
