Yes, that is available in 3.0 / trunk only. It won't be in 2.0. If you
need this for 2.0, you should grab the code and somehow adjust it to the
2.0 API. To get a taste how to set appearance streams in 2.0, see
ShowAnnotation6.java attached to the PDFBOX-3353 issue (does not include
the "cloudy" code).
