Acrobat says the following about your signature:"The signer's certificate has been issued by a certificate authority that you have not trusted to issue certificates for the purpose of certifying PDF documents."
"The signature includes an embedded timestamp but it could not be verified."
This latter is probably why LTV fails. The timestamp verification must (also) chain up to a trusted root. The FreeTSA certificate in the document is self-signed.
