Please tell more details. When did you get this error? What did you do
(you mention "upload")? What jdk version are you using? Did it come when
downloading from the browser, or when running it, and which parameters
did you use?
Also use the current version, which is 2.0.17. I don't understand why
you download 2.0.9 which is over a year old.

this is when running in small memory conditions.
