Hello all, Is it possible to create such an index (a PDX file) using PDFBox? I couldn't find any documentation of it in the PDF ISO, so I suspect it's an Adobe-specific feature, not a part of the PDF specifications. The structure of this file looks to be similar to an FDF file, but I'm not sure it's the same. Anyway, if it's possible I would love to get some pointers on how to achieve it.
