There is no general code for this. Sometimes there are PDFs that have
all the same flaw and then we can suggest something.
If you can link to a PDF (upload it) maybe we can find something.
But for something general that works on all PDFs, consider a commercial
tool from Callas or PDF-Tools. (Maybe there are others)
