user question on bug PDFBOX-5384

Hi guys! My name is Anastasia.
I'm wondering what's the current state of the bug

there any solution to overcome the problem mentioned in the bug.
Right now I'm expireincing this problem and it feels kinda critical for me.
Could you please help me with the issue, or tell me who should I address my
