2018-05-01 10:34:08 UTC - Karthik Palanivelu: Hi, is there way to disable
Hostnameverifier as I am planning to use a generic cert for clients -
Pulsar-admin to connect?

2018-05-01 12:01:44 UTC - Karthik Palanivelu: Or any way to disable TLS for
pulsar-admin?
----
2018-05-01 14:05:34 UTC - Karthik Palanivelu: Hi, Please help me. I am testing
the Multi-Tenant Feature. I enabled TLS. I went through the doc and created
Server Certs with CN=*.<http://example.com|example.com> and Client Certs as
CN=admin. When I used it in client.conf for pulsar-admin, I was getting Name
not found exception which is rightly so by evaluating the hostname. I need to
disable hostnameverification. Secondly I tried using the parameter
tlsAllowInsecureConnection=true in broker.conf to allow pulsar-admin to connect
without TLS. I removed all TLS parameters from client.conf. But I am getting as
401 Authentication Required. Can you please help me? Without me getting
pulsar-admin connected, I cannot proceed further. Appreciate your time and help.

2018-05-01 15:29:13 UTC - Dave Rusek: Rob, schema has been added in master and
is slated for a 2.0 release. There is currently no avro support but it's
completely pluggable and should be possible to add yourself (and maybe
contribute back :slightly_smiling_face:) Either way we're planning on doing it
just you know time, resources, etc... The registry itself stores schemas into
bookkeeper out of the box but again, you may build a plugin and store your
schemas anywhere you like, even an existing system.
