Hi, what libraries/etc. do I need to pass to g++ to compile source using the qpid-libs? I've already pointed the CPLUS_[INCLUDE|LIBRARY]_PATHs to my qpid install dir, but still get a bunch of errors (see: http://pastie.org/478925), using g++ 4.2.4 and qpid-M4. In the above case, I just tried to compile the example/direct/listener.cpp without the Makefile, but rather directly from the command line. What is missing there? I wasn't able to find documentation on this on the website.
