There isn't a firm date for 0.6 release but I believe the current intent is
to move to a Release Candidate phase shortly with aim of release in the next
few weeks, as Carl mentioned in his reply. Looking at the JIRA I linked
though, it doesn't look like the relevant changes had been committed when
the beta1 artifacts were packaged so there isn't much point in you trying
that.
