Oops, sorry! I missed the obvious there :-)
I did, however, already setup the log enable environment variable and that didn't seem to do anything. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Since you are running as a service, the console output may be lost. You could also define a value for QPID_LOG_TO_FILE, to have the log go to a specific file.
