Thanks for the email. I tried doing that. Here is what I did
D:\...\Debug>qpidd --uninstall
D:\...\Debug>qpidd --install "--auth=no"
D:\qpid-0.18\qpid-0.18\cpp\src\Debug>qpidd --start
2012-11-30 14:59:04 [Broker] critical Unexpected error: Service not yet
running;
 state now 1 (windows\SCM.cpp:183)

Its still not working
