Hello,

I've set up a 3-node HA QPID cluster with cman and rgmanager, which has
been functioning normally without any problems. However, I'm finding that
during testing for a failover scenario (disabling a single node), the time
taken for the cluster to resume normal functionality is 25-30 seconds.
During this time, no applications are able to connect to the cluster, and I
can't even run simple qpid-stat commands. I haven't been able to find any
solutions to this problem by reading through documentation. Ideally, I'd
like to lower the failover time to <10 seconds, but any tips to push me in
the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I'm using QPID v 0.14.
I can provide any other information on the setup, if needed.

Thanks,
Nick Barone
