In order to allow the XML exchange to be accessed via AMQP 1.0, I need
to define an XQuery based filter. I propose to add this to the existing
filter definitions, take the next available numeric code from the apache
'descriptor-space' (i.e. code="0x0000468C:0x00000005") and use
"apache.org:xquery-filter:string" as the symbolic descriptor. If there
are any objections or concerns, please let me know.
