From 0.22 onwards, the equivalent is available directly in the qpid-cpp
release (providing you use the CMake build). The plugin library is
called legacystore.so but otherwise supports the same options etc as the
old rhmessaging store plugin.
And yes, the documentation around this is sadly almost non-existent,
which we hope to rectify shortly.
