So it may be (and I haven't looked in detail) that the client doesn't wait
for the server session end response after it has itself sent an end to the
session... and then fails because SB only allows a single session per
connection (from the client's point of view this would be fine since it has
already ended the session, so only one session is active).  I'll try to
have a look at the client code later this afternoon.  If that is the case
then I could add logic to the client to ensure it waits for all outstanding
session "end"s to be acknowledged by the server before issuing new session
requests.
