Due to a regression introduced since the last release, SSL doesn't work
for AMQP 1.0 connections using the c++ qpid::messaging client. I raised
QPID-6049[1] to track this and have proposed a fix for 0.30, which
Andrew Stitcher has reviewed and approved for 0.30.
I have committed this to trunk and would like to merge to the 0.30
release branch. The fix includes a test to fill the gap that let this
slip through.
