The .NET client is basically just a wrapper around the C++ client. You can download the C++ source codes of the Qpid Messaging API ( http://qpid.apache.org/components/messaging-api/index.html) and there in the subdirectory bindings\qpid\dotnet are the source codes for the .NET client. You have to basically first build the C++ client and afterwards you can build the .NET binding.
