I've fixed the console text to report on which protocols are supported
based on which protocol support plugins are installed (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7286).  Ultimately we should
probably get rid of this text, or expand -v to show all installed plugins.
To be honest I had completely forgotten that the -v option even existed :-)
