For 0.13.0 I added a couple of C-based reactor examples
(examples/c/reactor/{sender.c/receiver.c}.
Turns out I completely messed up the resource management which causes a fairly
significant memory leak in both examples.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-1219 fixes these issues.
I'd like to include these fixes in 0.13.0, otherwise we risk shipping a bad
example for C/Reactor use.
Chuck Rolke tested the fix on windows and has approved it for 0.13.0 inclusion.
