Please cast your vote on this thread to release RC1 as the
official Qpid Dispatch Router version 1.4.1.
RC1 of Qpid Dispatch Router version 1.4.1 can be found here:

The following bugs are fixed in 1.4.1:
DISPATCH-1148 - auth plugin should indicate version in open properties
DISPATCH-1149 - authz plugin can no longer override conf file policy
