+1 I tested the RC out as follows: - Verified the signature and checksum files. - Checked for LICENCE and NOTICE files in the archives. - Ran mvn apache-rat:check to verify licence headers in the source archive. - Ran the build and tests from the source archive on JDK8 and 11. - Built+tested Qpid JMS master and 0.38.0 on JDK8+11 using the staged bits. - Built Qpid Broker-J master with updated proton-j and client and ran the systests. - Ran the ActiveMQ 5 and ActiveMQ Artemis master builds and AMQP tests with updated proton-j and client.
