+1 I checked things over as so: - Verified the signatures and checksums. - Checked LICENCE and NOTICE files in the archives. - Used "mvn apache-rat:check" to verify licence headers in source archive. - Ran the build+tests on JDK8 & JDK11. - Build+test Qpid JMS master+0.40.0 on JDK8 & 11, using staged proton-j bits. - Built Qpid Broker-J master with updated proton-j and client, ran systests. - Ran the ActiveMQ 5 + Artemis master builds and AMQP tests with staged bits.
