ProtonJ vs Proton-J2

Hi,
I am evaluating AMQP 1.0 for one of my projects. I came across qpid. There
I found two Java client libraries for AMQP.
I would like to know the difference between ProtonJ and Proton-J2 and which
one should be preferred.
