Hi, you can access a bunch of them remotely at www.iot-lab.info. If you want to have some physical device on your desk, I would suggest to contact the IoT-LAB people (see their website about how to do that). But I'm pretty sure they don't sell them or at least not to an affordable price. So better use a different board if the testbed isn't working out for you.
