I just looked into the schematics. There is already an UART-to-USB IC on the board. So, you don't need an additional UART converter. The RX and TX pins are on 0.6 and 0.8, so that is fine too. But this board doesn't have an integrated DAPLink or J-Link. So, it is very similar to the nrf52DK. (http://doc.riot-os.org/group__boards__nrf52dk.html) But there is an issue with SWD. It looks like this device has some kind of bootloader and you can program it only via USB. The SWD pins are only accessible via test points. You can use spring loaded test probes in order to flash the firmware, but I wouldn't recommend it. There are so many other good options, you should consider.
