Hi, RocketMQ community:

I'd like to propose releasing Apache RocketMQ 5.3.2. It has been about
six months since the last release. Compared with the previously
released version 5.3.1, this version introduces several important updates
and improvements. The key highlights include:
- Pop Consumption Improvement Based on RocksDB (currently in
the alpha stage), which significantly enhances the performance of pop
consumption scenarios.
- Improvements to the RocksDB storage implementation for CQ indexes,
optimizing storage efficiency and query performance.
- Fixes for issues related to missing client traces, ensuring more
reliable tracking and monitoring capabilities.
- Support for canceling scheduled messages, providing more flexibility
in handling time-based message delivery.

These changes aim to improve both the stability and functionality of
RocketMQ proxy, addressing user feedback and expanding the feature set.

Note: Release version has been set to 5.3.2 instead of 5.4.0 due to the
alpha-stage nature of the new features. Thank you for your attention,
If you have any suggestions please reply to this email.

Zhimin Li
