I rarely see Windows paths with a ':' and no '\' right after. Try specifying
an absolute path such as:
H:\apache-royale-0.9.6-bin-is-swf\royale-asjs\js\bin\mxmlc

Comipilation is being done on Windows 10.
The command I used is:

And I set env variables as follows:

Two similar errors are shown. One is
H:apache-royale-source\defaults error: H:\frameworks\royale-config.xml
cannot be opened.
What’s wrong with this setting?
