Hi Brian,

I think width and height issues in Jewel DataGrid are solved with my latest
commit.

Notice that Piotr signal another problem with Item renderers due to latest
changes on initializers that I must still fix, but not related to this one.

Please take a look and let me know if you find any other problems.
