I can answer to your second question - In general it should be EMPTY folder
where you are placing your distribution result of build.

In case of your first question if you see in the results version 0.9.7 - It
something weird and may be a bug.
Did the results of your build prevents you from using it in your app or is
there any issue with using it in IDE ?
