So this is weird but today it's working! At least in Chrome - if I have the F12 debugger window open in Chrome now it stops at my breakpoint and I see "MainContent.js" and can trace through it. I *SWEAR* when I was trying this before it had .mxml files listed in Chrome which I do not currently see.... So I think I am good, thank you.
