hooray -- can add forms to the main form now easier

Hi -

I forgot this line from my last post.

 this.addElement(sf); // Add SecondaryForm to the view

The code is attached.

I wanted a reproducible way to add multiple forms to my main form. Sorry about 
that. Now I can focus on making simple designs to go with my website. Getting 
menu traversal and the ability to add forms on the fly took a bit of doing.

The spectrum router is WAY Better than my menu system no doubt, but I wanted to 
try to make something myself.
