The patch I made doesn't support devices with external RF LNA/TXALC and is
tested only on the ALL5002 system-on-a-module.
You can probably use the rt2860v2 sourcecode contained in
ftp://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/Router/DIR-300_NRU/Source/DIR-300_B5_GPL/GPL_DIR_300NRU_1.2.94.tar.bz2
as a reference and add the way the rt2860v2 driver handles the case of an
external TXALC (probably in rt2860v2/chips/rt3352.c) to rt2x00/rt2800lib.c.
