Sorry to bother you once more with something that has apparently nothing to do 
with RTPProxy. I've been googling all week to find an answer as to why the 
'packets to unknown port received' increases this fast. I can't however find a 
answer for it...

I can guess what it means (it receives a packets for which there's no 
appliation running), but the only thing that's running on the server is 
openser/rtpproxy/mysql.

Do you perhaps know if I can monitor these packets via a simple command? The 
complaints of our customers are getting bigger every day, and I have to come up 
with a solution this week!

Not quite, the counter you are looking for (dropped packets) is "packet
receive errors". As you can see, the amount is quite low. Packets to
unknown port is unlikely yo be related to quality issues.
